All Plans include Unlimited Email and FTP Accounts

Nerivon.com has a "shared bandwidth" policy, whereby, if a client should exceed their bandwidth limit for the month, Nerivon.com shall extend their bandwidth limit as much as possible to accomodate the need for up to one whole month. Afterwards if the bandwidth requirement does not diminish, the client shall be approached about the issue and asked to upgrade to the next plan or a custom arrangement shall be made.

Server Support

Includes setup and maintenance of the web server and its processes. In short, this means that in all cases where a server issue has occurred resulting in downtime or problems with your website, Nerivon.com shall be responsible for taking all reasonable steps to assist you and get your site back up and running.

Website Support

If there are problems with your website at the software level, which are the result either of faulty coding on the part of a developer, or else a mistake you have made while attempting to edit the site's pages, Nerivon.com shall be responsible for spending up to two free hours attempting to correct the issue per month on your behalf.

Content Updates

Content updates involve adding or updating the actual text used on your web page. Nerivon.com will take information as you provide it in digital form (word document, pdf, etc) and convert it into web pages for use on your site. In the cases of plans X1 and X2, this is done as part of the plan.
